My Service
A happy athlete is a performing athlete..... Using my experience as a player and coach, I work with athletes to help them understand how to approach the mental and emotional side of their game. The ultimate goal of my service is to promote self-empowerment and overall well-being while inspiring every individual that I work with. Having played and studied competitive sports for many years, I understand the challenges of being an athlete, and therefore, I am able to share my knowledge with others and work with them to help improve their overall level of performance.

Being in a positive and happy state of mind has many benefits for an athlete, but the time and dedication it takes to create and maintain this is often overlooked. The most common focus is generally on the physical (especially for youth athletes). And while there has been a shift in recent years, dedicating time to the mental and emotional aspects of competition is usually less of a priority. This, however, is my main focus, and I believe that a balanced approach to all 3 areas is key to optimizing athletic performance.

My service also involves energy healing (Reiki) in order to promote health and well-being. This technique activates the body's natural ability to self-heal, which can then enhance the quality of an athlete's life. In addition, the most commonly recognized benefits include reduced anxiety, increased energy levels, body relaxation, and improvements in mood.
Athlete Sessions
Whether it's an athlete who plays soccer, football, basketball, baseball, tennis, or hockey, a runner, or a swimmer, they all go through the same types of mental and emotional challenges when competing.

Because my service is tailored to the needs of the individual, each session is unique in its application. Ultimately, I wish to empower all of the athletes that I work with and guide them to a point where they feel confident in their abilities and, most importantly, happy within themselves.

A typical 90-minute session is carried out in a relaxed environment, and athletes are encouraged to talk about their thoughts and feelings relating to their performance.

From here, we work together and discuss the different ways to approach their performance goals, while at the same time setting expectations for moving forward. Homework is assigned to familiarize the athletes with certain principles and ensure they are practiced outside of the session.
